Provided Services
The services provided are digital subscriptions for using the Reelsy platform, designed for automatic video generation and uploading them to YouTube (at the user's request). The services are delivered online and do not require physical delivery.
Two subscription plans are available:
— Basic Subscription: 30 USD
— Premium Subscription: 100 USD
Payment is made monthly through an electronic payment system. The subscription is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. The user can cancel the subscription at any time through their personal account.
The service is not subject to licensing. A warranty period is not established due to the digital nature of the service. Payment confirmation is provided via an electronic receipt sent to the email address provided during registration. The service provider is: Sole Proprietor Muzyka A.A., UNP 193858835, Republic of Belarus.
Payment Methods
Payment by bank cards is made through CJSC Alfa-Bank. Cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, BELKART payment system, MIR payment system are accepted for payment. Payment can also be made via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay services.
Payment security is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels.
Card details are entered on the bank's secure authorization page. For payment it is necessary to enter card details: card number, holder's name, expiration date and three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card.
If the card supports 3DSecure technology or Internet password for BELKART cardholders, or Mir Accept for MIR cardholders You will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.
When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet app, use a passcode or other authentication method, depending on which method is selected in the app.
When you checkout using Samsung Pay, tap 'Pay with Samsung Pay', enter your Samsung Account and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (by fingerprint, iris or Samsung Pay PIN).
The personal information you provide (for example: name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number and more) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not saved on this Internet resource.
Rules of return
When paying by bank payment card, cash refund is not allowed. Settlements with the consumer, when returning the amount of money paid for the goods, at the termination of the contract on the performance of work (rendering of services) shall be made in the same form in which the payment for the goods, work (services), unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties. The refund procedure shall be regulated by the rules of payment systems.
The procedure for return of goods, refusal to fulfill the contract on performance of work (provision of services) is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N90-Z 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. The list of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to exchange and return, is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
To return money to the bank payment card you should contact the contact information specified on the Internet resource. For transactions made in error, you should apply with attached checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. As a rule, the period of refund to the card is 7 (seven) calendar days and depends on the issuing bank that issued the card. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.
